I thought we were going to get a little more of a break from this heat wave! Yesterday I was thrilled that we were having 83 degree heat, instead of the 100′s. But this morning my thermometer (which is in the sun) was already 91 degrees at 9 AM. I think I’ll spend my day down in the cool basement, quilting. It might be miserable outside, but it’s a great day to quilt!
Washington state friends Barbara Nilles and Becky Goldner have been doing lots of quilting too! Look at the seven beautiful quilts I recently received from them!
We don’t have the information on who the piecers were who created these lovely tops, so if you know, please comment on this post, and I’ll be happy to give credit.
Becky and Barbara, thank you again for quilting for us! I always love to receive the pretty quilts you send me! I know the children who receive them will love them!
Regards,
Carla
