Sharon has two grandsons, Colin and Cody. She got the boys involved with making quilts with her to give to children that are less fortunate than they are, and chose our charity to help her with this life lesson. These are the two beautiful quilts that the three of them made for us:
One of these quilts will go to the Russian orphanage that is the focus of one of our current initiatives, and the other will probably go to Ethiopia with us next year, or perhaps to one of the groups we work with in South America. What fun to have children on one continent making quilts for needy children on two other continents!
Sharon, Cody and Colin, thank you for your generosity in making these beautiful quilts and giving them to us! The children who receive them will sleep more comfortably and be warm, thanks to you!
