We Will Be at International Quilt Festival 2010!!

September 9, 2010

Just wanted to let everybody know that we will once again have a booth at IQF in Houston.  We are looking forward to seeing everybody again.  If anybody would like to volunteer to work a 3 hour shift in the booth, please send me an email at

We expect to be busy at the booth again this year.  We are busy making up kits for either a sit and sew at Festival or to take home, sew up and send back or bring back next year.  So, if you took home a kit last year, you still have time to finish either a top or the quilt and bring it back to our booth this year.  Save some postage!  Also, if you have unwanted/unneeded fabric in your stash that is bogging you down and making you feel guilty about buying some of the new, gorgeous fabric.  Feel guilty no more!  Just bring that fabric to Festival to the QBB booth and we will use it to make quilts for Ethiopian orphans.  Then you can shop the vendors at Festival guilt-free!  And, if you are flying in, the now empty space in your luggage can be used for your new purchases.  We all know that we can’t go to Festival without buying something!

Hoping to see you all in Houston.
