Featuring Martha and Richard Miller

I know I’ve written about Martha and Richard previously since they helped us out in the booth at IQF.  And, I told you that Richard makes fabulous fudge which he shared with all of us.  Well, he can quilt too, and Martha is no slouch either.  They both took home donation fabric and Richard took home some kits (but I think one of the tops is Richard’s own design).  The panels were donated by Timeless Treasures.  Notice that Martha and Richard each made a top with the same panels, and notice how different each looks (hover over the picture to see who made which one).  I hope they both had fun making these tops.  I know that I had fun looking at them, and the children will have fun with them once they receive them.  Martha and Richard sent them off to the longarm today to get them quilted up.  Thank you, Martha and Richard.

Thank you so much, Bruce! And please convey our thanks to Martha. We’re currently building our supply for sending to Burundi this summer, and we really appreciate the contribution you and Martha are making. I know the children who receive your quilts will cherish them.

      Regards,
      Carla
