Many hands made these quilts

These quilts were quilted by Lou Carter of Copperas Cove, TX.  She did a great job, and you can see on the picture of the back of one of the quilts that Lou had fun quilting it.  These quilts were bound by Lou’s friend, Pat who also did a great job.  I made all of the tops, mostly with fabric provided by Ida Gaglio of Twain Harte, CA.  And now, they will go to children who need the warmth and comfort of a quilt.  It feels great to be part of such a caring community.

P.S.  Sorry it was late when I posted this and I forgot to add Lou’s company information which is Lou’s Quilt’n Corner, blog is

Love the Chinese Coins! Where the quilter, Lou Carter, from caught my eye! I went to high school in Copperas Cove, TX! Never met anyone else, nor heard of anyone else from there! Great job on the quilting, Lou!

Robin, thanks for checking out our blog. It is a small world, isn’t it! I forgot to add Lou’s blog, but have fixed that now. Maybe you and Lou have acquaintances in common.
